Derek joined the practice in 1976 and qualified in 1981. A partnership followed in 1983 and Derek was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1991. Whilst Derek is an experienced and accomplished general practitioner he has developed special interest in the field of estate planning and Inheritance Tax as well as personal and business finance. He has acted as professional executor in a large number of estates. He has extensive experience in Sage accounting software.

Ashok joined the practice in 1975 and after completing his training, qualified in 1983. Ashok became a partner in 1987 and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1994. A highly experienced general practitioner, Ashok has developed a specialisation in the healthcare field with specific reference to Consultants, Doctors, Dentists, Residential and Nursing homes where he can apply a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the problems encountered by such businesses.

Tim qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant in 1990 and took over the long-established practice Wallace Williams Austin in 1996. He started a separate Cloud Accounting practice Sumly in 2013, based around Xero accounting software which he started using in 2011 and merged both Wallace Williams Austin and Sumly into CHP on 1st February 2016. Small and Medium-sized enterprises are Tim's main area of expertise and he also acts for a number of healthcare clients.
